Etirements FNP pour les escrimeurs(euses) / PNF Stretching for Fencers


Le dimanche 15 juillet de 11h – Le prochain dans notre série d'ateliers pour escrimeurs sera Etirements FNP pour les escrimeurs(euses)​Christina Watkins, thérapeute du sport, passera en revue Facilitation Neuromusculaire Proprioceptive (FNP), une excellente forme d'étirement non seulement pour la récupération des blessures, mais la flexibilité et l'amélioration de la force ciblée. Cristina dirigera le groupe à des exercices adaptés aux besoins des escrimeurs, Veuillez confirmer votre présence avant le jeudi 12 juillet

Cet atelier de 1 heure sera suivi d'une séance d'escrime libre du 12h jusqu'à 14h. Merci de nous laisser savoir si vous êtes intéressés.

Sunday, ​July 15 (11 am)​ ​​– ​The next in our series of workshops for fencers will be PNF Stretching for Fencers. ​​Christina Watkins, Athletic Therapist, will review Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), a great form a stretching not just for injury recovery but targeted flexibility and strength improvement. Cristina will lead the group in exercises geared to fencers' needs  ​ Please confirm your attendance by Thursday, July 12. 

This 1 hour workshop will be followed by open fencing from 12 pm until 2 pm. Please let us know if you're interested.
