Exercices et prévention des blessures pour les escrimeurs /
Exercises and injury prevention for fencers


Le prochain dans notre série d'ateliers pour escrimeurs sera Exercices et prévention des blessures pour les escrimeurs avec le Centre PERFORM de l'université Concordia. L'atelier aura lieu le samedi 19 mars à 10h, suivi d'une séance d'escrime libre jusqu'à 14h.

Au cours de l'atelier, une èquipe du centre PERFORM partagera un programme d'exercice et des connaissances nécessaires pour mieux éviter les blessures en escrime. Merci de nous laisser savoir si vous êtes intéressés. Au plaisir de vous y voir!

The next in our series of workshops for fencers will be Exercises and injury prevention for fencers with the Concordia University PERFORM Centre .  The workshop will begin on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 10 am, followed by open fencing until 2 pm.  

During the workshop, a team from the PERFORM centre will provide the group with an exercise program and the knowledge to better avoid fencing injuries.  Please let us know if you're interested.  See you there!
