Vous participez aux sessions régulières d'escrime historique mais vous voulez en faire plus. Pas de problème, nous avons la solutions: joignez-vous à notre groupe d'étude mensuel. On assigne un texte classique au début du mois pour étude à la maison et on se rencontre à la fin du mois pour un atelier de 2 ou 3 heures pour échanger et comprendre. Le groupe est ouvert seulement aux membres expérimentés qui se sont inscrits et qui ont été approuvé par le responsable. Veuillez nous contacter pour vous joindre au groupe d'étude.
Le premier sujet sera le bâton à deux mains selon Hutton.
On pourra aussi voir la rapière, la canne, le coutelas, etc.
Interested in historical fencing? Already participating in the regular sessions, but need more? We’ve got you covered. If you want to go beyond the curriculum and learn new weapons join us for our monthly study group where we’ll examine together a classic text and share our understanding and experience. The group leader will assign a text at the beginning of the month and we’ll get together at the end of the month for a 2 or 3 hour session. The group is only opened to experienced members who have registered and been approved by the group leader. Please let us know if you want to join this study group.
The first weapon will be the two-handed stick according to Hutton.
Other possible weapons: rapier, staff, contre-pointe, French cane, cutlass, etc..
